i'll be at LA Fitness early this afternoon doing 45 minutes of water aerobics...using water weights.....a yoga dvd here at home this evening...

Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, etc.)
*Biking
