When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Cardio-Strength class tonight-active portion runs about 50 minutes with 10 minutes of stretching at the end. After Saturday's race, I will be interested to see how it goes....thinking it will feel like a piece of cake-lol

I'll be at LA Fitness this afternoon doing 45 or 50 minutes of water aerobics with water weights.....this evening 20 minutes of yoga here at home.....
