Been better about guarding my sleep as well! Water, check; daily morning meditation / relaxation exercise, check. Now: been busy all day, have to shoe-horn some cardio and / or ST! :-)

Have several daily goals-primarily related to nutrition and activity:
go for a walk (not necessarily for exercise, but for head clearing time)-this is a lunch ritual
listen to a get up and go song-check
pack lunch from home-check
Nutrient goals-stay in sodium range, get adq fiber, meet goals for potassium and magnesium-end of day review
Sleep 7-8 hours nightly-on a streak

challenge: COMPLETE ALL YOUR DAILY GOALS.

You can change your personal daily goals under:
*Nutrition
*Change Nutrition Goals
*Add Another Kind of Goal to track

Some ideas for daily goals:

*Brush teeth 2x
*Make Bed
*Meditate/pray
*Take multi-vitamin
*Drink 10 glasses of water
*Do Upper body exercises

...etc. Your challenge today is to complete ALL OF YOUR DAILY GOALS. Don't have daily goals posted for yourself? Today is the day to add them to your system. They are a great motivation because you get Sparkpoints when you complete them. How cool is that?
