“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Well, I'm out for this one-it's a day off because I have too much driving. Working until 5, then delivering the "baby" to swim practice (45 minutes away), groceries and then home-got in after dark...plus it started raining here in the afternoon. Did get is a lunchtime stroll, but way short of that 20 min goal.
Love these daily challenges!!!!!

I'm hoping the rain holds off so I can get home & mow my lawn as I will be away at the Great Finger Lakes Bicycle Tour over the weekend and it will be a jungle by Sunday!

I really step along when mowing and toss some jogging into the mix. It takes a couple hours to get 'er done.
