will be increasing my gym workouts by another 15 minutes 3 days /week

I want to do five days a week of water aerobics with water weights.....it seems to be working (along with my strength training and yoga dvd's)...

I've never bothered to look at my monthly totals...I see I had 25 cardio days in April and 27 cardio days in May. Yesterday's on & off rains kept me from getting outdoors, feeling like a slug today, but have Spinning class tonight after my strength training at the fitness center.

I'm happy with anything 25 days or more of cardio for the month. I usually allow myself one day a week to pass.
