“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to CONSUME 5-7 FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. For some, this may sound like a lot of "healthy rabbit food". However, getting in your fruits and vegetables doesn't have to be difficult. Try any of the following to get in extra fruits and vegetables:

*Fruit Smoothies
*Vegetable juices (watch the sodium)
*Vegetable soup
*Grilled vegetables
*Saute vegetables into an omelet or put onto your
sandwich
*Puree vegetables and add to marinara
sauce
*Fruit
sorbet
*Fresh fruit or vegetable salads
*Mince vegetables and add to meatloaf, burgers, tacos, rice or pasta dishes

The possibilities are endless. YOU CAN DO IT!

Have a FANTASTIC Friday everyone!
