did better yesterday with 32 and only 25 today........

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

I've got my work fridge stocked with freggies and ready for the week ahead!

Love Michael Pollan's basic food rule: "Eat food, mostly plants, not too much." Can't help but get your fiber when one sticks with plants! :-)

Happy Tuesday to you!

*Whole grains
*Fruits & vegetables - preferably raw or lightly steamed
*Legumes
*Soy
*Seeds

Can anyone tell me what these things have in common? Yup! They are full of FIBER!

Your challenge today is to EAT YOUR DAILY REQUIREMENTS OF FIBER THROUGH YOUR FOOD. Try to avoid taking a fiber supplement today. Instead, fill your day with healthy fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

You can do this!!!

Come back and tell us what your fiber intake was today.

Have a HIGH FIBER Tuesday!
