wasn't able to get any exercise in today...............
have been very tired and rested most of the day today....... emoticon

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Woo Hoo, I spent 90 minutes push mowing, mostly on the bank of a ditch. Pretty sure I got those quad and hamstrings in on the action!

I'll be at LA Fitness at 11am to do 50 minutes of water aerobics with water weights....

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning etc.)
*Biking
