Wow, Lita,
This so works for me today. I am heading back to that Cardio-strength class tonight. I just got over the soreness Monday-LOL. Maybe I can do a few more of those core exercises this go round!

Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
