There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Slept in and had quiet AM's. Then dug into the mess for a couple hours, made dinners then relaxed in the evening. Today instead of work, we did our grocery shopping with lots of other people:):)D Nice, somewhat productive weekend.

2-watched a movie
3- listened to great music while reading
4- have a great time with family

I will be doing this every morning until about noon. After that , all bets are off:):) we are knee deep in sorting & throwing "stuff" that needed to be done long time ago. Will let you know how much R&R I get to take!!

Seeing as i couldn't post a firday challenege and throwing our weekend one.....
are you up to it!!!

Your challenge this weekend may be a bit difficult....REST & RELAX.

Many of you are constantly on the go.
This weekend take it easy.

What can you do with your weekend ?

How about:

* sleep in or take a nap
*Stay in your pajamas
*Read a good book or magazine
*Rent or go to the movies
*Play board games with family and/or friends
*Go for a leisurely walk or hike
*Listen to some great music and enjoy the outdoors

Whatever you decide to do this weekend, ENJOY IT!
