There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

i'll be at LA Fitness early this afternoon doing 55 minutes of water aerobics with water weights....

Happy Friday to you!

Your challenge today is to BURN 250 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE.
Here are some possibilities or come up with your own....

*Take the dog for a walk
*Push the kids /grandkids in the stroller
*Walk in a store pushing a buggy
*Run errands and get some exercise on your bike
*Workout in the pool
*Exercise at the gym
*Pop in an exercise DVD for 30 minutes
