When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I'll be at LA Fitness this afternoon doing 55 minutes of water aerobics (with water weights)....I'll be doing a yoga dvd and some stretching here at home this evening...

Abdominals, back extensions are standard in my ST workout which otherwise focuses on upper body as all my cardio involves lower body (elliptical, spinning, etc.). Hmm...have to think about adding one of those others...!

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR LOWER BODY.
Can you do 3-5 lower body exercises?

Spark exercises (there are many more under Fitness):

*Genie Sit
*Squats
*Calf Raises
*Lunges
*Lying Abduction
*Seated leg extensions (w/band too)

Use your imagination.
The weekend is almost here.
