3-get in this week's exercise
4-track all foods and exercise
5-meet with friends for lunch on Friday

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today. Starting the week of hydrated is a great beginning to a sure to be busy few days.
