Down with the flu past 24 hrs. so my intake hasn't been met except water and I will be getting my 64oz in yet today.

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.
