water aerobics (with water weights) at LA Fitness, this afternoon....some strength training using Joe D bands and a yoga dvd this evening....

Heading for the fitness center for my elliptical workout tonight. I'll pay attention to those numbers and see if I can bump up the calories burned and / or distance covered!

Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
