i don't drink soda very often and on occasion do the diet stuff..........
i use stevia in my coffee and in my baking which is rather rare these days.........
i drink at least 9 glasses of water most days .........

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

No sugar or flour for me today...forGEDDaboutit! :-)

Water, black coffee, green tea...I prefer to CHEW my calories!

Stocked up with my usual freggies through the day alone with some part-skim mozzarella, had some plain yogurt and almonds this morning and will have some homemade veggie bean soup tonight...yum!

*A spoon of sugar in your coffee - Try a partial packet of artificial sweetener or stevia....no sweetener in my coffee or tea....
*Regular chocolate - Try a sugar-free version.......rarely have chocolate



P.S. Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today too!.......I drink at least 8, 8oz glasses of water every day....

Your challenge today is this:
Can you cut your daily sugar or switch your regular sugary foods for lighter versions? Instead of: some examples:

*A regular soda - Try a diet soda
*A spoon of sugar in your coffee - Try a partial packet of artificial sweetener or stevia
*Regular chocolate - Try a sugar-free version

As Spark says: Take small steps! What small change can you make today?
