There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

(1)Have a healthy breakfast (yogurt, red bell peppers & apple slices)

(2)Have at least one healthy snack to keep your body "fueled" (snacking on baby carrots, red bell peppers and apple slices)

(3) Measure & notate ALL food consumed (little loose here, but so far, so good...)

(4) Do something physical that burns AT LEAST 200 calories (heading to the fitness center after work for Spinning, strength training and if there is enough "gas left in the tank" off to Swing Dancing afterward.
