When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

EXERCISE FOR 30 CONTINUOUS MINUTES. .......I'll be at LA Fitness this afternoon doing 35 or 40 minutes of water aerobics with water weights.....I'll also do a yoga dvd this evening here at home...
