WORK YOUR LOWER BODY. ...........session with my trainer at noon....all loosening hips and lower back.....might do some water aerobics later....

Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR LOWER BODY.
Can you do 3-5 lower body exercises?

Spark exercises (there are many more under Fitness):

*Genie Sit
*Squats
*Calf Raises
*Lunges
*Lying Abduction
*Seated leg extensions (w/band too)

Use your imagination. The weekend is almost here.
Let's get moving!
