“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I didn't begin my journey measuring except for the waist. Over the winter it has decreased another 2" even though I have been on a plateau for over a yr.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

"Be not afraid of going slow; be afraid if standing still" (Chinese Proverb)

With God all things are possible.

If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

Happy Thursday to you!

It is MEASURE time! On or about 15th of each month, we take our measurements.
Keep track of your measurements as soon as you can to see how your are progressing. There are times when the scale is a "frustrating beast", but the tape measure can show you that you are indeed shrinking.

If you don't have a tape measure, just go online and type in your search engine "printable tape measure". You should be able to find many out there.

Suggested places to measure are:

*Neck
*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips
*Both thighs
*Both
upper arms
*Wrists
*Calves

Seeing a change in your numbers? SHARE! SHARE! SHARE! We can do this!

Happy Thursday to you!
