leaving in a few minutes for a water aerobics session at LA Fitness....I'll try to do 35 minutes....have missed the past three days with my neck injury....we'll see how it goes...

Your challenge today is to FEEL THE BURN! Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
