I went into today knowing it would be a big oops day. I ate out every meal!! Things came together to where it all hit on one day plus tomorrow evening (they couldn't figure out how to fit one more meal in today). (LOL) Breakfast was off a kids menu. Lunch was a side salad and 6 shrimp with breading removed then dinner at Red Lobster was a total wipeout!! Tomorrow is a new day & I hope to plan a little better as we celebrate yet another birthday!!

i did well until dinner and blew it out of the park with chinese food!!!

Happy Tuesday!

Avoid processed foods day!

Can you eat a healthy breakfast at home? Can you pack your lunch & snacks today?

Your challenge is to really try to avoid "convenience foods" (i.e. drive throughs, candy machines, pre-packaged items that are high in salt, etc.) today. If possible, try to make all of your meals. You will find that you can make healthier, less expensive, and lower in sodium meals. If you really need a snack today, why not take some fruit or pre-measured snack foods from home?
