Can you eat a healthy breakfast at home?
Can you pack your lunch & snacks today?
Your challenge is to really try to avoid "convenience foods" (i.e. drive throughs, candy machines, pre-packaged items that are high in salt, etc.) today.
If possible, try to make all of your meals.
You will find that you can make healthier, less expensive, and lower in sodium meals.
If you really need a snack today, why not take some fruit or pre-measured snack foods from home?
