“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the park after work for 70 minutes of Nordic walking while listening to my tunes. I had forgotten how much I can get "lost" from all the cares of the world while immersing myself into a workout! :-)

I did the water but under on the calories and protein so that puts the fruits/veggies low as well. Will work harder at it tomorrow.

Happy Friday to you!!

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied:
satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.

Post here to let us know what you did and how you have met your goal.

Have a great Friday!
