When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

35 minutes of continuous water aerobics with water weights....then 10 minutes in the hot tub....this evening, here at home, I'll do a yoga dvd and some myofascial release...

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
