When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

did a 40 minute water aerobics session (with water weights) at LA Fitness.....then 12 minutes in the hot tub........had some salsa and chips as I left the gym......it was a membership special day....trainer said it'd be okay...

 current weight: 205.0

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to
tailor your cardio workout to your fitness level. If you are:

*New to Exercise - Try to get in
30 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a
while (more than a month) - Try to get in 45 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a long
while - Try to get in 60 minutes of continuous cardio.

YOU CAN DO THIS!
Remember to drink your water, have a nutritious snack afterwards (i.e. yogurt, banana,
pumpkin seeds, etc.), and get in a cool down.

Have a FIT Thursday!
