Your challenge today is to
tailor your cardio workout to your fitness level. If you are:
*New to Exercise - Try to get in
30 minutes of continuous cardio.
*Have been exercising for a
while (more than a month) - Try to get in 45 minutes of continuous cardio.
*Have been exercising for a long
while - Try to get in 60 minutes of continuous cardio.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
Remember to drink your water, have a nutritious snack afterwards (i.e. yogurt, banana,
pumpkin seeds, etc.), and get in a cool down.
