started a 7 day cleanse today.....decided to do 35 minutes of water aerobics today instead of total body strength training.......will probably do the strength training tomorrow.....

Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
