1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-unable to do today but did some walking...
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies..........will be done...and more..
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal...........had a great session with my trainer...strength and intense stretching....
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range........will be done...

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied:
satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.
