30 minutes of water aerobics today (with water weights).....this evening, a yoga dvd and some myofascial release using the grid and rumble roller....

All righty...heading for the fitness center after work tonight for both ST & cardio...let's see if I can do something similar to my Tues. workout in which I gave 'er my all on the elliptical for 30 mins. totally forgetting that Advanced Spinning was the same night and jumped from the elliptical to an intense 40 mins. workout...whew!

Your challenge today is to FEEL THE BURN! Whether you are doing cardio or strength training, you can push yourself just a bit more today.

If you are doing strength training, try one of the following:

*Do more reps
*Add weight or add a bit more weight

If you are doing cardio training, try one of the following:

*Go for a longer time
*Increase the intensity
