There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

And don't forget my favorite veggie: Red Bell Peppers! Lots of Vitamin C in those yummy veggies! I have one every day at lunch, along with my grape tomatoes, broccoli, baby carrots & apples.

Eileen

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Winter can bring so many things...

*Snow
*After holiday sales
*Renewing of eating/exercise goals

AND.....

COLD SEASON!

Your challenge today is to GET IN YOUR VITAMIN C. Research suggests that Vitamin C may help with your common cold AND allergies (something that Texas has a hard time with during "Cedar Fever" season).

Foods that are high in Vitamin C are:

*Citrus
*Strawberries
*Peppers
*Guava
*Kiwi Fruit
*Mango
*Papaya
*Persimmon
*Cantaloupe & Honeydew
*Tomato

Let's fight those nasty colds & allergies with healthy, tasty foods.

Have a DELICIOUS Tuesday!
