wednesday is one of my three total body strength days.......was at Best fitness this afternoon and did it....cardio on other days....

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to BURN 250 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO EXERCISE.
Choose something below or come up with your own Cardio Exercise::

*Take the dog for a walk
*Push the kids in your jog stroller
*Run errands and get some exercise on your bike
*Play with the kids in the pool
*Jump on the trampoline
*Pop in an exercise DVD for 30 minutes

Have a LIGHT EXERCISE Wednesday!
