“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I sat and read with music on and a cup of coffee for 20 mins today.

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

"Be not afraid of going slow; be afraid if standing still" (Chinese Proverb)

With God all things are possible.

If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

I always start each day and end each day with a quiet meditative breathing exercise. Perfect bookends to my day! :-)

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to find 15 minutes for peace and quiet.
Pull away from your computer, the television, the traffic, the kiddos, THE NOISE....

R-E-L-A-X

Put on some soft music or
Grab a cup of your favorite beverage or
Go for a quiet walk or
Read something comforting or
Sit out on the back porch or....

Relax...the world can wait for 15 minutes!

Come back and tell us if you got your 15 minutes

Have a PLENTIFUL PEACE AND QUIET Tuesday!
