have been under the weather with a cold so did not meet many goals today.......

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

today was primarily strength training....yesterday and tomorrow are water aerobics days.....(there are two others)....

Happy Friday to you!

We are going to work off any extra calories that we have consumed this week with a bit of fun cardio.

Your challenge today is to get moving and get in 45 min. of cardio. Some great ways to burn off calories can be:

*Turn up the music and dance away those calories (great for house cleaning when no one is watching)
*Put on your headset and go for a walk or jog
*Do some gardening depending on where you live (i.e. mow, pull weeds, rake leaves)
*Play outside with the kids (soccer, throw a frisbee, play hopscotch, etc.)
*Go for a bike ride
*Take a new exercise class at the gym
*Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work or to your apartment

Adding a little music to your cardio seems to make the time go by quickly and gives your mind something to do. Get out today and BUST A MOVE!
