*If you haven't already done so, add Sodium to your nutrient tracker.
Your daily Sodium intake just might surprise you.
*Read labels! Many foods such as: Processed meats, soups, "diet meals", and even pastries have hidden sodium. Opt for the "lower sodium" version of your favorite foods.
*Taste your food BEFORE adding salt.
*Realize that using fresh/dried spices, lemon juice, low sodium broth, etc. can help you to lower the sodium amounts in your food
*Try to keep your Sodium under your daily requirements
