Do you ever find yourself grabbing for food and thinking: "Why am I eating this? I'm not hungry."
That could be your body saying I NEED WATER, but your brain is getting the signal confused.
Do you ever get so busy with your day that you "forget to eat"? Later, you eat, and eat, AND EAT because you are ravenous. Sound familiar?
Your challenge today is:
*Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water (not soda or juice)
*Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Should you get hungry during your day, find a HEALTHY snack to eat (i.e. fruit, rice cakes, peanut butter & whole wheat crackers, etc.)
