“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to SPREAD SOME SUNSHINE! This is one of my favorite challenges. I believe by just showing kindness to others, you not only make your day great, but you make the day of those you are kind to.

Try to do 3-5 kind acts throughout your day. Try something like:

*Letting some in front of you in traffic
*Let someone go ahead of you in line
*Give a compliment out of the blue
*Do someone's work/chore for them
*Make a special meal for those you love

These are just examples. How can you SPREAD SOME SUNSHINE today? Just think about it this way: Your kind act might encourage others to do the same. Wouldn't the world be a better place if more of us did that?!

Have a SUNNY Thursday
