When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Checking back in with how my goals for the week days went.

My goals for the weekdays this week are:
1. Reply to at least 2 more holiday letters-Not done during the week, so I guess they will be a weekend project.

2. Exercise at least 10 min 4 weekdays this week. 3 days-plus some extra jiving to the radio while waiting for webpages to load.

3.Call the staffing agency on Fri, if I hyaven't heard that I have one of the other jobs I have interviewed for.-Not done. I was thinking Friday of how reaching out to them on Friday, but not being able/willing to do paperwork & drug screen until Monday could come off as a little sketchy.
Revised goal: is to email them about posted opportunities over the weekend. Email them new resume, liscenses & certifications, and latest immunization records. Offer to come in Monday afternoon to do paperwork and drug screening.

4.Call my grandparents. -Done. Although they weren't feeling well, it seemed like a great thing that I called. Both Grandma & Grandpa are dealing with the flu and the nursing home where they live had just started a no visitors policy related to the outbreak within the facility.

5.Attend a spiritual service. -Done

Water-2-4 8oz glasses each day this week.

Blessings,
Amanda, RN

I recognize it is Tuesday morning before I put this in, but rather late than never.

My goals for the weekdays this week are:
1. Reply to at least 2 more holiday letters
2. Exercise at least 10 min 4 weekdays this week.
3.Call the staffing agency on Fri, if I hyaven't heard that I have one of the other jobs I have interviewed for.
4.Call my grandparents.
5.Attend a spiritual service.

I am only up to drinking about 4 glasses of water each day. I am trying to do that consistently this month & then continue to up the amount.

Happy Monday To You!

I thought we could start off the week with a "to do list".

Make a note of 5 things that YOU WILL GET DONE BY FRIDAY!

You can jot down the 5 things that you will get done here (or keep them somewhere that you can refer to them).

Also, let's shoot for 8-10 glasses of water today. Starting the week of hydrated is a great beginning to a sure to be busy few days.

Have a FANTASTIC Monday!
