I never know how many minutes I can do on a daily basis but I will do my best to increase the walking.

I'll be doing water aerobics at LA Fitness 3 or 4 days each week....usually 30 minute sessions...

I've backslid on cardio during the holidays so I'm pushing to return to a daily cardio of at least 30 mins., hopefully 60 or more!
