“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Gotta' get back on the wagon so I am going to set a goal of eating more fruit tomorrow. I drink more than my share of water/coffee/etc

Also, I have been under my calorie and protein range while traveling so again, I will see if I can get it "pumped" up there again!

Have a great weekend and a prosperous new year!! emoticon

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

Happy Friday to you!!

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied:
satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.

Post here to let us know what you did and how you have met your goal.

Have a great Friday!
