Just reading not to eat empty caloires was enough to put me on a candy binge. Then again it could have been the dreary weather, the stress of a job interview, etc of life events. It started Monday night & went through this morning. I don't have any more of the candy around right now & I did eat a decent lunch & supper. Bought some much better food at the grocery today.

Next put some muscle in to buring using more calories that I take in.

Blessings,
Amanda, RN

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to SAY NO TO EMPTY CALORIES. That means, steer clear of:

*Donuts, pastries, cookies, crackers, cereals, and baked goods filled with processed white flour and loads of sugar

*Drinks loaded with sugar

*Chips

*Candy and "junk food"

Really concentrate on eating healthy today. Make every meal & snack count.

Have a great Tuesday!
