There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Took my Calcium w/ Vitamin D & gave a tour of downtown Nashville to a person I was told was in the state so that her husband could get cancer treatment. Some of my extended family know her, but I didn't.

Have not gotten above about 3-4 glasses of water a day. Today, none so far :-(, but I am going to get in at least one cup before going to bed.

Happy Friday to you!

Are you in a place in your life where you need to forgive or confront someone/something and MOVE ON? Is this thing effecting your weight loss efforts? Can you confront this thing (whether in my mind, on the phone, in a letter, etc.) and MOVE ON?

If you aren't dealing with an item like this, GREAT! Your challenge is to think of someone that you haven't said "hello" to in a while and give them a call, send them a card/letter, or send them an e-mail. There is nothing like catching up with those you care about.

FOR ALL: Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today AND take your multi-vitamin.
The weekend is just ahead!
