Are you in a place in your life where you need to forgive or confront someone/something and MOVE ON? Is this thing effecting your weight loss efforts? Can you confront this thing (whether in my mind, on the phone, in a letter, etc.) and MOVE ON?
If you aren't dealing with an item like this, GREAT! Your challenge is to think of someone that you haven't said "hello" to in a while and give them a call, send them a card/letter, or send them an e-mail. There is nothing like catching up with those you care about.
FOR ALL: Get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today AND take your multi-vitamin.
