When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I did 30 minutes of water aerobics...then 20 minutes on the hot tub....then 10 minutes in the sauna.....I'll do a yoga dvd this evening here at home and some myofascial release....

Happy Thursday to you!


Your challenge today is to burn off AT LEAST 300 CALORIES.

Here are some
suggestions that can get your body on the move:

*Take the stairs instead of the elevator
*Park your car far out in the parking lot
*Walk or take your bike to work or school
*Walk on your lunch break or after dinner
*Go to the gym
*Do strength exercises while you are waiting for a
commercial to end

You get the idea - GET MOVING and BURN 300 CALORIES!
You can do it!


Remember to work at your level of fitness.
