When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Kicked it up with Spinning class yesterday...there is an "advanced" Spin class tonight which I haven't yet tackled. It's more intense with more revving, less recovery. Hoping to jump in tonight! :-)

Happy Tuesday to you!

It is time for determining your Decmeber CARDIO MINUTES.
How many minutes of cardio are you doing daily?
How many is that in a week? How much is that for a month?
Can you increase that for the month of December?

Many of us were faced with holiday food temptations.
Increasing your exercise minutes for Decenber is a great way to ward off the "5lbs. holiday weight gain".

Your challenge today is to
DETERMINE HOW MANY CARDIO MINUTES YOU CAN DO IN THE MONTH OF December.
Make a pledge to yourself.
You DESERVE to end 2012 in healthier way.
Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do TODAY.
