managed to get #1-2-&4 today..........

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Drank more than the 8 glasses as normal.
Didn't get all my fruits/veggies in
Did about 10 mins. walking
Have been under my calorie range every day this week.

Working on each and every one for the weekend.

Today's challenge is to do something to make you feel satisfied:
satisfied with your self that you have spent your time well..

Some examples are:

1-Drink your daily quota of water
2-Do your daily intake of fruits and veggies.
3-Meet you cardio or strength training goal.
4-Stay within your calorie and/or protein range.

You can use one of these or you can make up your own.
