probably didn't burn 300 calories...but did do a yoga dvd and some other stretching....off to the gym tomorrow for a total body strength workout...

Happy Wednesday to you!


Your challenge today is to burn off AT LEAST 300 CALORIES.
Get moving!

Here are some suggestions that can get your body on the move:

*Take the stairs instead of the elevator
*Park your car far out in the parking lot
*Walk or take your bike to work or school
*Walk on your lunch break or after dinner
*Go to the gym
*Do strength exercises while you are waiting for a commercial to end

You get the idea -

GET MOVING and BURN 300 CALORIES!
You can do it!

Remember to work at your level of fitness.
