well i was able to do 40 continuous minutes today so thats good, i usually can only get 10 - 20 .

I think I will be getting my exercise tomorrow after about a 4 hour drive to our final destination in south TX., getting camper set and set up for the winter as we will be living in it for at least 5 months. Takes a little time to get it all homey and cleaned!! (esp. after 3 wks. on the road:))
