Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS. ........thursday is one of my three total body strength days.....for legs, I do leg curls...leg presses...leg extensions.....horizontal calf....3 sets of 12 reps for each....

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS.
Great exercises to do this are:

*Brisk walking
*Jogging
*Pole walking
*Swimming
*Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, Kickboxing, etc.)
*Jumping rope, squats, lunges, jumping jacks
*Biking

How will YOU work out your legs today?
