“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner. Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

We were visiting family all day so I didnot do any exercises. Tomorrow looks to be a big walking (tourist) day. Saving my strength for that!! :)

Happy Friday to you!
Your challenge today is to work on your CORE areas (i.e. stomach, back, sides). These are the areas that most of us have trouble with.
Exercising your core helps your posture and MAKES YOU LOOK THINNER. Who can argue with that?
See the Spark Fitness area for CORE exercises that are appropriate for your fitness level. Feel free to share what you did. You can also share a fitness DVD or type of gym class that you worked out with. The type of exercise might be different, but the results all point towards a leaner stomach and stronger back.
Have an AWESOME Friday!
