“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I am new at this, so tell me if I am doing it wrong. The Monday Challenge is legs. Well, I get a lot of legwork doing a good deep house cleaning, turning on some good eighties rock and dancing the whole time I clean. I end up dirty, sweaty, and tired, but the house ends up spotless, and I take my worn out body and clean the bathroom last and treat myself to a quick rinse, and then a long bath to soothe tired muscles. I also help watch my niece, and she thinks it's great fun to take the cat for a walk in the stroller, so if I'm up for it late in the afternoon, I'll add that in,too. I just finished the first stage of the spark plan, today is technichally day 15, but I am off by about a week because I was sick(try and tell that to my computer). Have a wonderful day all!

Oh dear, not too easy! Big travel day on Mon. Will have to do a little walking on our breaks. Not enough room in the truck for me to do leg exercises. Hope to get in about 3 short jaunts. Have a great week!!

Happy Monday to you!
Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR LEGS. Great exercises to do this are:
*Brisk walking *Jogging *Rollerblading *Swimming *Exercise video or gym class (i.e. Spinning, Kickboxing, etc.) *Jumping rope, squats, lunges, jumping jacks *Biking
How will YOU work out your legs today?
****always remember to work at your own pace and fitness level****
Have a great Monday!
