“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Tuesday to you!

Are you eating enriched, white flour in your foods? If you are, STOP!!! Foods full of enriched, white flour are not as good for you as foods full of whole grains.

Your challenge today is to EAT WHOLE GRAINS & SKIP THE WHITE FLOUR.
Try whole grains in:

*Your cereal
*Your bread, bagel, tortilla
*Your rice, pasta

Remember to READ LABELS! Look for a high fiber content in what you are eating. When I go shopping, I look for items that list whole grains AND have a higher fiber count.

Have a great Tuesday!
